Returns Policy

We currently do not accept returns without cause and/or reason.

If a return is absolutely necessary and requested by either customer or Sol Intentions Co., please be aware that the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and a trackable shipping method is required. Store credit or refund will be processed once the item has been returned to and inspected for quality assurance by Sol Intentions Co.

Sol Intentions Co. is committed to providing quality products for you and your loved ones to enjoy. We have carefully selected the material in which your order has been packaged with, hoping to ensure the safe arrival of your goods. However, we do understand that sh*t happens in transit. In the event that your order is received in poor condition, damaged, or has been lost in transit, reach out to Soleil@solintentionsco.com with the subject line "Item Arrival Issue" so that we may address your concern and come to you with an appropriate solution.
Please note that all items are handmade and therefore may vary from item to item.

Processing Time

Please remember that we are a small business operation with Soleil being the maker, packager, shipper, bookkeeper, social media manager, and all the things for SICo. While the time needed to prepare an order, package it, and have it sent for shipping varies, we aim for 24-48 hours from the time the order has been received. 

Shipping Time

We utilize both USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground Shipping to have an arrival time of 3-5 business days. However, these are not normal times. Because of Covid-19, we are seeing above average transit times with many package updates falling to the waste-side. Do not be alarmed! You will receive automatic email updates to keep you in the loop of where your package is and when you can expect its arrival. Please be mindful to our carriers as they are putting much more effort and attention to the safety and health of their employees. 
If you suspect your order has been damaged or lost in transit, please email Soleil at Soleil@solintentionsco.com with the subject line "Item Arrival Issue"  so that we may address your concern and come to you with an appropriate solution.

Customs and Import Taxes

The customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their home country. Items are being shipped from Central Florida in Northern America. Please research your local customs policies to ensure the safe (and duty-free) arrival of your items.

Terms of Purchase and Use Conditions 

Purchaser (“You”) agree to use all purchased products safely, according to all directions and warnings provided by Sol Intentions Co., and according to any and all specifications and directions of manufacturer.

Sol Intentions Co. sells its merchandise only to individuals who can legally purchase and own such items in the particular jurisdiction where they reside. By ordering and purchasing merchandise from Sol Intentions Co., you represent that you are of legal age to purchase this merchandise and that this merchandise can be purchased and owned by you in your state, county, and/or city of residence.

 FURTHERMORE, BY PURCHASING AND USING THIS PRODUCT, YOU SHALL AND DO HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD SOL INTENTIONS CO. FREE AND HARMLESS FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THEIR PROPERTY, AND FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE APPLICATION OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT. SOL INTENTIONS CO. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCTS OR RELATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH CANDLE BURNING.

All products are sold as "final sale" and "as is" and therefore may not be returned or exchanged nor is the product eligible for price adjustment further than that of which customer has purchased the item at.
